Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best customer experience. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand our processes.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.

Partial refunds may apply in cases where books show obvious signs of use, opened media such as CDs, DVDs, or video games, items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error, or items returned after 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card provider or bank, as refunds may take time to process. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at litsoskincare@gmail.com.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, email us at {email address} and send the item to {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

To return your product, mail it to {physical address}. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
